Our process is simple

1. Initial BUDGET/DESIGN CONSULT

Our complementary design and budget consultation is an opportunity for us to meet together on site and to learn about your project. We will help clarify your project scope and provide you with a budget range based on your project goals.

2. DESIGN/Planning Phase

We'll help you get the look you want and the function you need to make daily tasks a pleasure. We provide access to all our vendors and help you make material selections based on your budget criteria. This phase includes floor plans, schematics, 3-D renderings so you can visualize your new space. Every last detail is planned before moving onto Construction.

3. construction Phase

The Construction Phase is separate contract. Construction begins once the Design Phase is finished and a detailed scope of work has been approved. We work with the same trades people for all our projects and Greg or Susan are onsite overseeing the project’s progress.
