Contemporary Colonial in Southgate
This was a first floor gut. The client wanted something young, sophisticated and fresh. First, we moved the kitchen to the back of the house and opened up the living space in the back of the house next to the pool. We added a hallway so you didn't have to pass through the dining room to enter the house. We also added a full bath and laundry room and kept the guest room, all in the same footprint.
