  2. Each option will come with an aligned budget.

  3. You decide which option makes sense for you.


Step 2

Step 2: Schematic Design

In this phase, we'll dive into the details of your project:

  1. We'll design all aspects of your remodel, from layout to finishes.

  2. This includes selecting materials, fixtures, and appliances.

  3. Full scope of work.

  4. Detailed plans and 3D renderings to help you visualize the final result.

This step brings your vision to life and sets the foundation for the construction phase.

Step 3

Step 3: Construction Documents and Pricing

In this crucial phase, we transform your approved design into detailed construction documents:

  1. We create construction drawings and specifications for your project to ensure accurate pricing and proper execution.

  2. This includes permit-ready drawings.

  3. And finally we present a firm fixed price based upon the approved scope of work.

Design always drives price so if the price needs to be adjusted, we can eliminate or alter scope to get it there. This step ensures that everyone involved in the construction process has a clear, detailed understanding of the project, minimizing errors and misunderstandings during the build.
